Welcome to BreakBlocks.com, a privately owned and operated Minecraft server search engine, community platform, and API provider. By accessing or using this website, including our forums, user profiles, email services, API, and all related features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Service Description

BreakBlocks.com provides:

  • Server Search & Discovery: A searchable database of Minecraft servers with advanced filtering and metadata
  • Server Monitoring: Real-time status checks, player lists, and server health information
  • Community Features: Forums with categories and threads, user profiles with galleries, and member discussions
  • Email Services: Optional integrated email accounts for club members
  • API Access: Programmatic access to server data via our REST API with session-based and API key authentication
  • Push Notifications: Browser-based push notifications for forum activity, mentions, and news updates
  • Club Membership: Optional BreakBlocks Club subscription with additional features and Patreon integration
  • News & Updates: News posts and announcements for the community

2. User Accounts & Registration

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized or not.
  • You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • Users must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use this service.

3. Server Listings & Data Accuracy

  • All server listings and metadata are provided by automated detection and third-party submissions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any server listing.
  • We are not responsible for server downtime, data inaccuracy, or changes made by server administrators.
  • You are solely responsible for your interactions with any Minecraft server, including joining, playing, and conducting any transactions.
  • We do not endorse or verify server operators. Use caution when interacting with unfamiliar servers.
  • Server data is provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind.

4. Forum & Community Guidelines

  • You agree to use forums and community features only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
  • You may not post content that is illegal, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.
  • You may not spam, flood, or deliberately disrupt forum discussions.
  • You may not impersonate any person or organization.
  • You agree not to post or share personal information about yourself or others without consent.
  • We reserve the right to moderate, remove, or hide any forum content that violates these guidelines.
  • Repeated violations may result in thread locks, post deletion, or account suspension.

5. User-Generated Content & Media Uploads

  • You may upload images and videos to your user profile gallery and in forum posts.
  • You represent and warrant that you own or have permission to use all content you upload. Do not upload copyrighted, illegal, or infringing material without authorization.
  • By uploading content, you grant BreakBlocks.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, display, and distribute your content on the platform.
  • Uploaded content that violates our guidelines will be removed at our discretion.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your uploads comply with all applicable laws and third-party rights.
  • User profiles, galleries, and forum posts are publicly visible by default. Do not share sensitive personal information.

6. API & Programmatic Access

  • API Keys: API keys are personal and non-transferable. Keep your API key secret and do not share it publicly.
  • Authentication: The API supports session-based authentication and API key authentication. You are responsible for securing your credentials.
  • Rate Limiting: Standard users are limited to 20 requests per minute. Patreon subscribers enjoy unlimited requests. Abuse of rate limits may result in IP bans.
  • Usage Terms: You agree to use the API only for lawful purposes and not to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service.
  • Commercial Use: Commercial use of the API requires explicit written permission. Contact us for licensing inquiries.
  • Data Accuracy: API responses reflect server data at the time of query. Historical accuracy is not guaranteed.
  • Service Changes: We may modify, deprecate, or discontinue API endpoints with notice. We will provide migration paths when possible.
  • Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and not use the API for harassment, spam, or other harmful purposes.

7. Email Services & Club Features

  • Email accounts are provided to BreakBlocks Club members and are subject to separate terms.
  • You may use email accounts only for lawful purposes. Spam, phishing, and malware distribution are prohibited.
  • We reserve the right to monitor email for abuse and to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.
  • Club membership features, including email and additional API limits, are provided as-is and may change with notice.
  • Patreon membership integration allows linking of Patreon accounts. We do not control Patreon's services or policies.

8. Push Notifications

  • Push notifications are opt-in. You can enable or disable them in your browser settings at any time.
  • We may send notifications for forum replies, mentions, news updates, and other community events.
  • You can control notification settings through your account preferences.
  • Disabling browser notifications will prevent you from receiving push notifications, but not from other notification methods.

9. Intellectual Property

  • BreakBlocks.com and its original content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
  • You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or publish any part of BreakBlocks.com without permission.
  • Minecraft and related trademarks are owned by Mojang/Microsoft. We are not affiliated with them.
  • User-generated content remains the property of the user who created it, except as granted to BreakBlocks.com in Section 5.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • BREAKBLOCKS.COM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
  • We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
  • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of BreakBlocks.com.
  • Some jurisdictions do not allow liability waivers, so these limitations may not apply to you.

11. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use BreakBlocks.com for illegal purposes or to violate any laws or regulations
  • Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
  • Engage in phishing, social engineering, or credential theft
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code

  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense BreakBlocks.com services without permission

  • Engage in any activity that harms BreakBlocks.com or its users

12. Enforcement & Account Suspension

  • We reserve the right to investigate violations of these Terms and to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
  • Account suspension or termination may be immediate and without notice in cases of severe violations (illegal activity, malware, harassment).
  • For minor violations, we may issue warnings or temporary restrictions before account termination.
  • Terminated accounts may not be reinstated, and associated content may be permanently deleted.
  • You may appeal account suspension by contacting us through the contact form.

13. Changes to Terms & Service

  • We may update these Terms at any time without notice. Your continued use of BreakBlocks.com constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
  • For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users (though we are not obligated to).
  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service at any time.
  • If you do not agree to any changes, your only recourse is to stop using the service.

14. Disclaimer of Endorsement

  • BreakBlocks.com does not endorse any Minecraft server, server operator, or community member.
  • Links to external websites do not imply endorsement or affiliation.
  • You acknowledge that server operators may change ownership, administration, or policies at any time.
