This project roadmap encompasses a list of updates in-progress, or on the todo board, to the wide range of services provided by BreakBlocks.com.
Each part is broken down into lesser, easier to manage, updates that I can work on in-between my work schedule and life responsibilities.

What to expect?

Over time these features will be implemented and I will add/remove items to/from the database.

Scanner

In recent months due to issues with my hosting and their usage of autonomous AI network administration systems I had been forced to reduce the capabilities of my services by shutting down the scanning portion of my operation.
Since the addition of the forums I have been able to get accepted for monetization through ad revenue on this website. If you would like to support my efforts then please be sure that you deactivate any adblockers on your browser, or consider becoming a patreon supporter and also get cool perks like an @breakblocks.com email address!

Pinger

Todo:

• Some updates will need to be made to the Pinger service to improve the Minecraft Heatmap.


• Setup more Pinger servers to get through the list quicker when refreshing the database.

Website

This section contains TODO lists for various parts of the website front-end.

Forum

• Thread editing: The ability to edit a thread that you have created. (Then I could edit this instead of making so many threads!)


• Thread previews: Ability to preview a thread before you create it.


• UI Tweaks for self-moderation of posts (edit/delete own post)


• Notifications & a message center:


• Image/Video uploads: I want to enable media uploads across the forum, as well as the ability to add things to a gallery on user profiles. I think that this would be great for showing off builds or renovations!


• Parse @ mentions and create the proper notifications.


• Setup website notifications.

Profiles

• Optionally display most recent forum activity.

Server Listings

• Show tracked players


• Maybe display a pirate ship icon on some of the servers.. Argh matey!


• Make adjustments to increase the discoverability of server pages.

Club Email Settings

• Ability to manage more settings for your @breakblocks.com email such as an auto-response, filters, and forwarding.

Search

• Piracy is bad mkay? Mkay.
